Questions from parents

FAQ & refunds

Quick answers about booking, paying, and what happens if plans change.
  • What should my child bring?

All campers should bring a soccer ball, shin guards, and water.

  • Can I register more than one child at once?

Yes. Add each child to as many sessions as you like and pay once at the end — one form and one payment, however many children.

  • What if a session is full?

Join the waitlist and we will email you the moment a place opens. There is nothing to pay to be on a waitlist.

  • How do I pay?

You can pay by card at the end of registration — a card processing fee is added and shown before you pay — or choose "Ask to pay another way" in your cart to pay by Venmo, check or cash. Places are only secured once paid. Until then, someone else can take them. We record offline payments in the same place as card payments.

  • How do I cancel?

Email info@mosocceracademy.org with your child's name and the session. The sessions still to come become credit on your family account. Credit never expires and any of your children can use it.

  • What is your refund policy?

If you cancel, the price of the sessions still to come is added to your family account as credit (the card processing fee is not included) — cancel a six-week block after three weeks and the last three are credited. If you joined partway through, it is counted from the sessions you paid for. Credit never expires and any of your children can use it on any future session. We give refunds only when we cancel a session, for the part still to come. If we cancel because of the weather, whether that session is refunded is at Coach Mo’s discretion.

  • Can I ask you not to photograph my child?

Yes. Each child’s details include a photo question — choose No and we will keep them out of photographs. You can change it any time on your account page, and it does not affect your registration.

  • My child is slightly outside the age range — can they still join?

Usually yes. The age bands are a guide rather than a hard rule. The registration form will flag it and you can go ahead anyway; get in touch if you would like to talk it through first.

Still wondering?

Ask — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.
